What quality controls do you have for Real Touch flower production? ⌄
In-line checks + final inspection before packing. Our partner factory is BSCI-audited partner factory. QC photos can be provided prior to shipment upon request.
Can first-time buyers start with samples before bulk orders? ⌄
Yes. Most buyers begin with sample confirmation before finalizing bulk production. Share your target SKUs and destination market so we can advise the best sample plan.
Lead Time, Payment & Shipping
What is your lead time for bulk orders? ⌄
Sample lead time is ~15 days. Bulk production is usually completed within 60–90 days, excluding shipping time. Timing depends on order quantity and production schedule.
What shipping and payment terms do you support? ⌄
We support FOB Xiamen shipping. Payment is typically T/T, L/C, PayPal (30% deposit, balance before shipment). Consolidated shipping available.
What is the lead time for bulk moss orders? ⌄
Sample orders ship in ~15 days. Bulk production is typically 45–60 days, excluding shipping time.
